After-hours support is available to direct Raven dealers and distributors to provide faster access to a Technical Service Specialist during peak seasons. As our dealers serve as the first line of support, we encourage non-dealers to contact you while we equip you with the necessary tools to support your customers. This service runs during peak seasons when demand increases.
To access after-hours support, call Raven Technical Service and enter your dealer access code when prompted.

Co-op Marketing Program
The 2025 Raven Dealer Co-op Marketing Program is designed with you in mind. Now, it’s even easier to get the manuals, resources, co-branded apparel, swag, and exhibit kits you need to truly sell Raven to your customers — your way. The goal of this program is to provide materials and tactics that drive new Raven tech sales opportunities.
If your dealer qualifies, Raven will send an email communication providing details to set up your Raven Dealer Store account.
Incentive Plan
Dealers at particular invoiced purchase levels get co-op marketing dollars according to their status. These dollars can be applied to co-branded apparel and swag or exhibit kit materials.

Raven Price Point
Raven Price Point makes pricing your Raven products more straightforward and to-the-point by asking two questions: “What machine do you have,” and “How would you like to upgrade that machine?”
The tool’s reformatted logic makes quoting more user-friendly, enabling you to provide accurate and professional-looking quotes to your customers in minutes.
How to Login to Price Point
If you had an active account in the previous system (RSQ), your credentials will automatically transfer to Price Point. If you did not receive an email from our third-party vendor, you will need to request a new account. Use the Contact Us link on the Price Point login page.
Once you log in, you will need to re-submit your logos in a PNG format, 2-inch by 2-inch size or larger to add to quote documents. No existing quotes or customers can be moved over to the new system.
Getting Started
Take the Price Point Training online course on EDGE (Courses > Toolbox > Price Point Training).
On-site or Remote Training
Do you have the need for a large group training? Would you like to have a training event at your locations for customers or your staff? Please let us know how we can better serve your training needs by submitting a remote training request. Because of the customized nature of these events, resources and cost will vary by event.
