Part Number Entry - Ensure that the entire part number is entered exactly as it appears on the serial tag. Older units may have dashes in their part numbers, but this format is not accepted. All part numbers must begin with a "1," have no dashes between numbers, and include any alphanumeric suffixes shown on the serial tag.
